You Don't Need to Be Sleep Deprived Just Because You Had a Baby!

If you feel like the only thing keeping you alive right now is…

 — room temp specialty coffee ☕

Or you honestly have no idea what day it is 🗓️

Or you fed at 1 am, 2:30 am, 4 am. Then your baby partied like a rockstar ‘til sunrise 🌅…

you might be a mom with a baby. I’m asking — could this be you? If so, read on.

Having a baby doesn't = no more sleep.
Having a baby doesn't = no more sleep.

Here’s the Deal…

This does NOT have to be your new normal!

Even if every other post you see is telling you: 👎 ‘This is just how it is.’ 👎 ‘You’ll sleep when they’re 18.’ 👎 ‘All moms are tired — get used to it.’

I’m here to tell you: this is NOT the case. 🤯

I still haven’t figured out why the current message seems to be “Just live with it.”  Maybe it’s tradition, maybe it’s lack of awareness, or maybe it’s just easier since they’re too tired.

But sleep, my friend, is not optional.

Sleep is a basic human need — right up there with water and food.

We need sleep not only to function, but to survive.

And for the record, there’s no 🥇 reward for “Least Hours Slept in Parenthood.”

Why Sleep Matters

(for You and Your Baby!)

We need sleep for overall well-being. This includes our mental health, our emotional regulation, and the ability to recall what day it is.

Babies need quality sleep for their best growth and development.

So why are there professionals, influencers, and parenting voices acting like baby sleep is this mythical unicorn? 🦄

Maybe they just don’t realize it’s possible.

What I know is: Sleep is possible. And I can help you get it.

What This Looks Like

  1. Assessment – We start with a full review of your current sleep situation, identifying what's already working too.

  2. Your Aspirations – You tell me where you’d like to be with sleep.

  3. Science-Backed Guidance – I share my sleep knowledge, based on experience and neuroscience, to set things up to be easiest for your baby to learn to sleep independently.

  4. Custom Plan – You are guided through a simple, sleep plan one step at a time, designed for your baby, with your family’s schedule, and lifestyle in mind based on your choices that will get you sleeping again.

  5. Implementation + Adjustments – I’ll be there for you to help adjust the plan as life happens. (Because it always does.)

  6. Confidence + Skills – You gain knowledge on sleep for you and your baby and feel confident in keeping healthy sleep going in your home.

  7. Community + Connection -- You have the option to stay & grow with a virtual group of other mothers while your babies grow too.

Successful Sleep Transformation Looks Like This

✨ Your sleep goals are met (or are even exceeded). 👀 That’s right!

✨ Your baby sleeps through the night (aside from any necessary feeds), self- soothes, and gets the recommended hours for their age.

✨ You — the parent who’s been up most nights — finally get multiple nights of uninterrupted sleep! Not only that, those nights turn into weeks, months, and even years.🗓

✨ Everyone’s mood lifts, including your baby’s.

✨ Your memory returns.

✨ You can concentrate again.

✨ Your patience for your sleeping partner improves.

✨ You feel more like yourself, so you can enjoy the smiles, giggles, and the everyday moments.

Independent sleep can happen and turn your lives around, too!

Sleep Loss is Solveable!

Sleep deprivation is serious.

I’m on a mission to help moms and babies stop “waiting it out” when there’s no need to.

You can play a role in making things better for families, too.

If you know a mom who may be hard on herself, may be silently struggling, or wondering why she’s not “just dealing well” like she thinks everyone else is, please share this with her directly.

And if that mom is YOU — Be gentle with yourself.

You’re doing a good job in difficult circumstances.

Sleep is solveable with knowledgeable, supportive guidance.

It may be true that ‘it won’t last forever’, but please know:

it doesn’t even have to last more than 6 months– total!
